The seller sent the order by DPD and did not fit in the specified delivery time. 3 days before the end of the period of protection of the order asked the seller to extend it. After the dispute I won and money back, I convened with DPD and found out that the parcel is at the Russian Post and has been in the city for 3 weeks. There were no notifications from DPD or mail.
